A lot on the Fox is a beautiful thing to landscape and a tricky one to get right. We stabilize riverbanks with deep-rooted natives and stone, manage the drainage that comes with being near water, and frame the view instead of blocking it.
Erosion is the long game on any riverfront lot. We would rather engineer it out now with grading and planting than watch a bank slip season by season.
